The resort is laid out like a small village, with well kept
tropical gardens and hotel blocks. The central feature of the
resort are its 3 well designed swimming pools. The resort is
located in Karon with Karon Beach down the end of the road,
about a minute walk.

Cancellations received within 15 days will be subject to
1 nights cancellation fee

01 November 12 - 26 December 12, 18 January 13 - 31 March 13
Cancellations received within 29 days will be subject to
1 nights cancellation fee

Valid: 27 December 11 - 17 January 12, 27 December 12 - 17 January 13
Cancellations received within 36 days will be subject to
1 night cancellation fee.

No shows will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
