Cancellations received within 8 days prior to arrival will be
charged 1 nights cancellation fee.

16 November 12 - 20 December 12 & 21 January 13 - 31 March 13
Cancellations received within 22 days prior to arrival will be
charged 1 nights cancellation fee.

Cancellations received within 46 days prior to arrival will be
charged 100% cancellation fee including meals.

NO-SHOWS: A 'No Show' charge of 1 night at the contract rate
will be charged by the hotel of all reservations which no-show
EXCEPT bookings that fall in or part of the dates

where 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
