The Centara Kata Resort is set against a hill backdrop, only
10 minutes walk from sandy, Kata Beach. This quiet location
resort is ideal from which to explore the local shops and
restaurants.

Shopping Centre: 10mins taxi to Kata Centre

RENOVATIONS

- 22 August 11 - 30 September 11 -
Time has taken a toll on our main swimming pool and recently
our engineering department has discovered that our systems
(pump and filtration) need a major overhaul. We have decided to
conduct this work immediately to avoid the possibility
of a fault later, which would be more difficult to manage
especially if falling into high season. As the pool will be out
of order we will also take the opportunity to re-grout and update
the pool, which was previously scheduled for 2012 and will then
avoid further disruptions.

As such the four buildings situated around the main pool will
be closed from Monday 22 August 2011 to Friday 30 September 2011
inclusive thus limiting considerably our room inventory for this
period and justifying the current stop sale.

For the guests who have already booked with us, we are pleased
to inform you that the hotel features two other pools and
that the other buildings will not be effected by the work at
all. All our restaurants and other facilities will be available
as usual.

May we take this opportunity to apologize for this notice which
has been caused by circumstances totally beyond our control.

Our aim is to continue delivering the best possible vacation
experience for our guests.

INCLUSIONS

included for all guests.

All rooms feature an empty fridge, the resort has its own mini
mart, or guests can walk down the road to a 7 eleven store to
fill up the fridge.

DELUXE ROOMS
DESCRIPTION: 30sqm in size, All rooms are equipped with a safe,
and empty refrigerator. The rooms on the ground floor feature
a terrace and other levels feature a balcony.
BEDDING: 1 x King or 2 x Single beds + 1 Rollaway
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 3 Adults or 2 Adults and 1 Child

FAMILY SUITE
DESCRIPTION: 60sqm in size, They can accommodate up to 5 guests.
This room features a bedroom with king bed and a living room
area with dining table and chairs as well as sofa. Cooking range,
microwave oven, a kettle and toaster are standard equipment as
well as cutlery and chinaware and cooking utensils. All rooms
have a furnished terrace (ground floor) or balcony.
BEDDING: 1 x King, 1 x sofa bed + 1 Rollaway
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 5 Adults or 3 Adults and 2 Child

2 BEDROOM FAMILY SUITE
DESCRIPTION: The living area is 90sqm. In addition to a
comfortably furnished living room (convertible sofa bed), the
suite consists of two bedrooms (one with king size bed, the
other with twin bed) and a large living room with cooking area,
dining area with sofa. These suites are located on the ground
floor and feature a terrace.
BEDDING: 1 x King, 2 x Single, 1 x Sofa bed + 1 Rollaway
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 7 adults or 4 adults and 3 children

FAMILY DELUXE ROOMS "NEW":
DESCRIPTION: These rooms offer a more spacious environment
complete with 2 double beds for an ideal family stay. All rooms
have a furnished terrace (ground floor) or balcony which over
looks the resort style pool.
BEDDING GUIDE: 2 x double beds
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children

Please Note  

3rd adults will not get extra bed and 2A2C is for
children using existing bedding with no extra beds.

- Welcome fruit & flowers
- Honeymoon cake
The hotel must be advised that passengers are honeymooners at
time of booking and a copy of their wedding certificate must
be shown at time of check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Valid: 07 January 11 - 31 March 11
Cancellations received within 8 days prior to arrival will be
charged 2 nights cancellation fee.
No Shows will be charged a 2 nights cancellation fee

Valid: 01 April 11 - 31 October 11
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival date or should
a no-show occur, a one (1) night cancellation fee will be
charged.

Valid: 01 November 11 - 24 December 11 & 07 January 12 - 31 March 12
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival date or should
a no-show occur, a two (2) night cancellation fee will be
charged.

Valid: 25 December 11 - 06 January 12
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival date or should
a no-show occur, a five (5) night cancellation fee will be
charged.

These charges are in addition to those fees levied by Airlines,
Tour Operators, Singapore Airlines Holidays and Freestyle
Holidays.
