Cancellations received inside 4 days prior to arrival will be
charged a minimum of 1 nights stay.

Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival will be
charged one (1) night cancellation fee.

Valid: 20 December 11 - 10 January 12
Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival date will be
charged one (1) night cancellation fee.

NO SHOW: All no-shows will be charged 1 nights no-show fee.
